Meliss was in the spirit of Christmas with her Santa hat and holiday pants. She did a great job creating a fun pass the parcel type game for swapping our gift bags. When the first round brought our gifts right back to the owner, Meliss did not miss a beat and got us going again with another left/right story and that one worked! We took our gifts back to our seats and took turns opening our presents and showing everyone what we got. Really fun!
At Show and Tell Meliss revealed her Amish variation mini quilts. Eye popping!
Sue made a quilt for a little sister in her favorite colors of aqua, teal, and cobalt blue. The pattern is from Wiggle Time by CynthiaBDesigns. The designer says it is a quick and easy "go to" quilt available in baby and small sizes.
Leanne keeps wowing us with her graphic quilts. This one is from Cindi McCracken called Nexus. It uses the Dream Big panels.
Another Cindi McCracken quilt by Leanne. This one is called Nova and uses the Dream Big panel and the Supernova panel from Hoffman. Leanne has all of her quilts professionally quilted by Tacoma member Helen Garneau.
Everyone was having such a good time that we forgot about taking photos! Here is a beautiful globe that some lucky person received in her Christmas package. Now just use your imagination to conjure up the rest!
