Tacoma - May 4, 2016

Tacoma Lakes met Wednesday for our Monthly Business Meeting. The gals who are responsible for the coffee and goodies always do a great job. From setting up, cooking and cleaning up. They are so appreciated and we say a big "THANK YOU."

We are selling raffle tickets for our quilt pictured at the top. The drawing will take place at our quilt show in October 15-16. I will post another  picture at the end of this blog.

Discussed: Fat quarter club, Food for thought, block drawing, charity quilts, quilt show, mini raffle draw, question box and charity block challenge. Kathy B followed with a demo 'WORKING WITH SELVAGES - LIVING ON THE EDGE ' as she calls it. And of course we had 'Show 'n Tell' ...this is always a highlight to see the display of talent. AMAZING!!!
