Tacoma - October 7, 2015
Tacoma Lake Quilters of Litchfield meeting was interesting...A new place ....and you know how that is?...where to park....where to sit...everything arranged different. But we did well and had our business meeting. Discussion was involved with our upcoming AUCTION, OCTOBER 21 AT THE SPORTSMEN CLUB. NOTICE FOLLOWS THIS POST...CHECK IT OUT...HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE FOR ALL THE WONDERFUL DONATED ITEMS.
We realize that not everyone is a seasoned quilter and we have new people that do not know the basics and it is good for a refresher course for others. This year we will have some sort of demonstration following our business meetings. This month Kathy - Diagonal Seam Backing; Helen - The Binding Tool; Ann W. - Mitered Corners made easy. We also received written instructions. It was wonderful...thanks ladies.
