Tacoma - February 19

Snow...Snow...Snow....go away....that is our theme song lately! Tacoma quilters sit on the edge wondering do we have our meeting or not today. Overnight storm and slow clean up but, 20+ gals braved the roads to come. Barb, our president, shared  'HAPPY ENDINGS' with much discussion on...How many borders? What kind? What width? What type of binding? Squaring up a quilt? Lace...piping...flange? A lot of basics but also going beyond and stretching our horizons...doing something different....creating
outside of our box.
We had a few 'BRING AND BRAG'. It is always fun to see what others have been working on.

Carol T - 'TURNING TWENTY'  A workshop we did a few months ago. She chose Christmas fabrics...it was very colorful.
