June 1, 2011 Show 'n Tell

Tacoma Quilters had their great reveal of 'Secret sisters'. It was amazing and lots of fun finding out who sent us a card or gave a gift throughout the 9 months secretly. Below is Yona in pink with her SS Kat. She shared that she always gives a sweater at the reveal and this is her 14th SS and her 14th sweater over the years. Of course, Kat wore it beautifully...we all loved it! Yona knits the European way and is so fast and always creating something when she comes to the meetings. Show 'n Tell is always popular. These are all favorite focus fabrics of the children's - this is a strippy quilt. A great pattern to display fabric.



Pam finished this cute 'Under Cover' quilt top. Button hole stitch on the snowmen. What personalities!

Peggy's - Vibrant colors did not photograph well but this is for a young gal who loves bright's.

Margo's Stack 'n Whack

This is the other twins quilt- We shopped online for fabric and then picked

it up at a local quilt shop. EQ2 pattern.

Andrea's finish - a miniature. Another group is having 30 year anniversary and asking its members to make something based on 30.She has 30 blocks and will add 30 buttons.
