Hope has been working on her simple place-mats. She said they were easy to make. Her own design.

Kat said this square in a square quilt is for a charity. So beautiful!

Another of Kat's creations. Pattern is from Tami Jones Hometown Quilt Shop. Very cute!

Kat made this one, too. So vibrant! Quilt as you go.

Leanne made these zippered pouches at a quilt retreat. The zipper wraps around the pouch on the diagonal. The pattern is the Hemmingway Pouch from Center Street Quilts by Kristina Brinkerhoff.

Betsy made this vibrant quilt to display at the Maine Quilts show or at the Litchfield fair. I think the two coincide so she has to make a choice between the two venues. Either one would be lucky to receive this one!

Donna M. brought in several of her recent projects. The first is a lovely quilt! It the Stained Glass Panel Quilt in Bellagio by Shabby Fabrics. Those are truly Donna's colors! We all loved this one.

Donna made this apron and pillow for Daybreak Cafe in Waldoboro. That fabric sure says Maine Summer!

Donna made this interesting baby quilt from a panel. Someone is going to have fun learning their letters with this one!

Barb did a demo at our meeting. She showed us how to manipulate blocks to create new blocks. She calls is Block Manipulation 101. She demonstrated the Disappearing 9-patch, the Disappearing 4-patch, the Disappearing pinwheel, and the Disappearing hourglass. Thanks, Barb!
